Our company was founded in June 1986 – at that time as Zakład projektowania Dróg i Mostów Complex Projekt Sp. z o.o. These 40 years have been a time of challenges and joys, as well as growth. We are delighted with the journey we have undertaken, our achievements and the wealth of experience we have gained. To everyone who has accompanied us throughout this time, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude and thanks.

After around three years of construction, the project’s acceptance procedures are drawing to a close. Over 16 km of new expressway has been built, together with a network of adjacent roads and traveller service areas, including an impressively large buffer car park designed to handle freight traffic prior to customs checks at the existing border crossing. Photos taken a few days ago can be found in the projects section.

Although the handover procedure has not yet been formally completed, we are aware that we have completed the project we have been working on for the past three years or so. It was originally intended to take less time; however, problems with the environmental permit that the client was required to provide, as well as a change in government policy, extended our work by nearly two years. This has been a period of new experiences and a reassessment of our original assumptions regarding the appropriateness of using BIM in infrastructure projects.

Today we submitted an application for a ZRID decision for the Głogów Bypass. Having formally finalised the construction design, we are now starting work on the detailed design.

We are delighted to have been selected to collaborate on the design of the Głogów Bypass. This project was entrusted to us thanks to our successful collaboration on the S1 project involving the Bieruń Bypass. In addition to the challenging structure on the River Oder, the project also involves specific requirements arising from its proximity to the KGHM copper mine, particularly in terms of environmental measures (remediation) and the need to design the project in areas affected by mining operations.

Today, the permanent traffic management scheme has been implemented on the S1 section between Dąbrowa and Podwarpie; for us, too, this marks a symbolic milestone. We are delighted with this new project right on our doorstep.

Our continued collaboration with PORR S.A. will take place under a new contract for the construction of the S16 Barczewo–Biskupiec expressway. The contract, which essentially involves the construction of a second carriageway, will also require more extensive work arising from the need to adapt the existing road infrastructure (particularly at junctions) to the specifications of an expressway. This is yet another project we have the opportunity to carry out for GDDKiA Olsztyn.

We are pleased to announce the completion of the first stage of design work on the S12 Chełm–Dorochusk section. This coincides with the submission of an application for a ZRID decision to the Provincial Office in Lublin. We are confident that this procedure will proceed smoothly and that work will be able to commence in the new construction season.

We are delighted to be bringing the year to a close with the ZRID decision in hand for over 16 km of expressway leading to the border with Belarus. The issuance of this decision comes at an ideal time from the point of view of construction works, which will allow us to make full use of the coming season. As the construction design has now been approved, we are gradually transitioning to carrying out work under the author’s supervision.

To construct over 25 km of the S12 expressway between Piaski and Dorohusk, we have formed a consortium with Autostrada II. As part of this project, two motorway junctions, two service areas and the road infrastructure for the border crossing area at Dorohusk will be built. This is now the third border crossing we have worked on in the last five years of our operations.

By entering into a partnership with Metroprojekt, we are joining the team working on the LK-85 railway line project between Łódź and Warsaw, being carried out for Centralny Port Komunikacyjny. We will be carrying out this project using BIM technology, in accordance with the contract requirements. Whilst we recognise the scale of the task, we are delighted to have this opportunity, which will undoubtedly enable us to expand our expertise and experience in the field of modern design technologies.

After more than two years of construction works, the Stawiski-Szczuczyn section of the S-61 expressway has been completed. We are pleased with the fruitful cooperation with Budimex, both at the stage of design works as well as the project architect’s supervision. Implementing this task has developed our possibilities of cooperation in the Design & Build system, shifting the center of gravity of the order portfolio to commercial entities carrying out large infrastructure tasks.

The cooperation we undertook at the tender stage resulted in winning a tender for the design and construction of the S1 expressway (section 1A). This constitutes the beginning of a more serious cooperation with Strabag, and at the same time a continuation of Complex Projekt’s tender policy, which assumes cooperation with large contractors that have an established reputation on the market. The task we face consists in carrying out a project in areas affected by mining damage, which we’ve aimed to specialize in for years. We are also glad that the construction site will be closer.

We are pleased to inform you that on 16 August 2021 the Podlasie Voivode issued a decision to permit the implementation of a road investment for the documentation we have developed. As we were simultaneously working on the construction and detailed designs, this fact concludes the design stage of our involvement in the construction of nearly 25 km of the S-61 Suwałki-Budzisko expressway. We will continue to conduct project architect’s supervision until the completion of the works.

Similarly to the last year, January is the month in which we started a new contract. We are in charge of the design of a 16 km section of the S-19 Sokółka-Kuźnica expressway. We hope that the cooperation with PORR will contribute to developing our experience not only in the design-build market, providing new future prospects for Complex-Projekt.

On the basis of f the successful cooperation to date, we undertake to prepare project documentation for the S-1 expressway between Dąbrowa Górnicza and Podwarpie. Our task is to prepare a replacement construction and detailed design along with obtaining the necessary administrative decisions. We hope that the experience with the S-61 will result in equally rapid progress of works.

After seven months of intense work, we have completed the construction (replacement) and detailed design for over 25 km of the S-61 expressway between Suwałki and Budzisko. This was possible thanks to a clearly defined vision for the shape of the future investment and targeted actions.

With the new year we start cooperation with Budimex S.A. on the implementation of the contract for the completion of the construction of the S-61 expressway on the section Suwałki – Budzisko. Intensive design work in this area will be carried out in terms of optimizing design solutions at the executive design stage and the construction – replacement design.

This is another contract with Budimex with which we value our cooperation.

The last information meeting regarding the course of the future S 11 was held last week. Opinions of inhabitants and local authorities obtained at information meetings are one of the aspects that we will take into account in the multi-criteria analysis that will help us select the optimal option.

We are pleased to inform you that from 4th November 2019 we will be working in the new company headquarters located in building No. 8 of the EuroCentrum Business Park at ul. Ligocka.
The new location opens up new possibilities for us. We are proud that our know-how and previous experience, particularly in the area of science and technology, meet the criteria of innovation, which allows us to live in building No. 8, which is a fully autonomous facility.

The over 18 km section of the S 61 express road that we plan between Stawiska to Szczuczyn was granted permission for the implementation of the investment at the end of September, which allows the commencement of construction works. We have thus completed the design stage and begin the author’s project supervision stage.
